The total experience was awesome! I called them over the phone and was able to reach someone immediately. The individual was very professional and took all my information. After that I didn’t have to do anything and my ticket was dismissed. You just can’t believe how Great they are. It’s a perfect world if you use the Ticket Clinic.

So this service worked well for me. Was unable to attend court and their attorney was able to have all charges and fines dismissed. Was a great service for the cost. My complaint and reason for 4 stars is the communication network. The folks that you speak to need to do a better job describing how the process will pan out, the time it may take to receive a decision etc. We were given some canned responses after the court date without a great deal of re assurance or detail what was happening or what to expect after the court date. Took about a week to hear, I actually ended up looking up the case to verify the decision before they gave me notice . Otherwise, we’re happy with the legal side and value of the service! It worked for us! Would use again.

This has been one of the worst experiences I ever had. A $150 ticket became a $420+ ticket plus driving school. I could have done that myself. Their excuse? “You won’t have any points”…. Sir, with the school I could have gotten rid of the points and only pay the original $150. Also be careful with the low star reviews as they’ll answer back by saying they don’t know who you are, or don’t have your name on their “database” as a client… how convenient right? They are a joke. Go somewhere else. You’ve been warned.

I was a little skeptical about this Law Firm but they are truly legit!! I had a great experience with the Ticket Clinic. They were able to dismiss my speeding ticket. I was not expecting that and was more concerned about the potential points on my license but in the end I didn’t have to pay a dime or worry about points or my insurance premium going up. The Ticket Clinic is very good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with contesting a speeding ticket. Thank you again Ticket Clinic!!! You all Rock!!

Don't pay a ticket outright. It's an admission of guilt and may come with points on your license that you may not even be aware of (I wasn't). My buddy told me about The Ticket Clinic so I paid them instead. Saved me $60, got my ticket dismissed, and no points! Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, but I legit didn't have to lift a finger, and a couple months went by and I received my email that my case was dismissed. Great feeling. Great firm. Period. ✌️

Got into an accident. Careless driving ticket. Hired Ticket Clinic. Never had to go to court. Had an amazing attorney who everyone seemed to like (Jeffrey Reynolds). Case was dismissed. Would absolutely hire again, let’s just hope I never have to.

The ticket clinic was professional and responsible in everything they advise was going to happened, as they represented me with a ticket i received. I was notify in a timely manner as every step was completed, I always recommend them and hopefully I will not get a ticket, I am a careful driver, but i will continue to use them and recommend them all the time.
